Picked up on this article from the Ice in Space Forum.
There is a hyper-link in the text to a higher quality video which is to

Its remarkable how the stars' light gets refracted as Titan passes by. There is hardly a moment when the stars' are comletely obscurred. Titan's disc enters stage left after a few seconds.
