I completely agree with you about being dedicated, although I think you do a pretty good job dedicating yourself to the activity. Your photos and videos are of always great interest.
do try to get out with the telescope and sketching pad as much as possible. And the task I set last year of sketching the Moon once a month certainly helped. What is more, I take great inspiration to 'look up' from the wonderful contributions that people on this forum, and on the Cloudy Night forums make. The community in amateur astronomy is special, and I consider it a 'third place' in my life.
