Its like the tiniest makings of a sun halo in a way, but with more of a rainbow effect.

Thanks guys for the input. I have been treated to a even better display today like something you would see on spaceweather but i have to cjeck my images first and will post the link on here very shortly. I also done some skecthes of the phenomena this evening while cutting the garden. Will post it shortly.

coruscations attending the whole length of the luminosity, giving to the phenomena the aspect of a wrathful messenger, and not that of a tranquil body pursuing a harmless course..comet of 1680

Soptted this event also & took some photo's, the 1st three are cropped, have several more all abt 600kb each

Looking at ISS last night with my "Meade Binoculars" I noticed a 2nd satellite in the same field going from south to north, wonder id anyone else noticed this ?
