Great deals on eBay!

hi all,

got a great camera tripod on eBay today for £42 . . . really needed to get something decent for the 20x60mm after years of shake (old tripods, not me!) Keep an eye out for bargains . . . am addicted to eBay now!

tripod was an SLIK 88.

It is unfortunate there is no mention of the quality of the optics! With a 16" primary, one could do some serious solar system imaging (for example) if the optics are indeed good.

I'm not sure about the counterweights, ...err..... chain system?? :lol:

I think that's for attaching the pony to it so you can get it out of the shed
