Hello everyone,
I've got the new telescope up and running the last few nights and this is one of the images.
It's the Iris Nebula in Cepheus,
hope you like it,........clear skies Kevin.

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Lovely image, Kevin.
What is the equipment you are using?
Was the image taken from a dark sky site?
Paul

Hi Paul,
I'm using an Omegon quadruplet apo refractor 100mmx580mm,on a Skywatcher EQ6 mount and the same Canon DSLR that I used with the LX200,subs were 2mins unguided and I had no bad ones.
The site where I am is just outside a small village according to the map it's Bortle 3-4.
I'll post a picture of the scope,
Kevin.

That's some scope, Kevin.
Both these images are top notch!
You also have a galaxy in your M 13 globular star cluster image.
It's called NGC 6207.
Super job
Clear skies from Aubrey.

Hi Kevin,
Very well done on producing those brilliant images - M13 looks stunning!
Wishing you many a clear night, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else you produce with your new refractor.
Darren.
