Hi all,
It's been a while since I've posted any images, due to the lack of clear skies and the fact I was setting up my guiding and dithering in APT and PHD.I also spent a lot of time using PHD to drift align my scope.
Having accomplished all those tasks I was ready to image something but it's only the last couple of nights that I really managed to do so.
My target was M31 again, this time using the refractor,as I had previously imaged it with the stock zoom lens that came with the camera.
Clear Skies
Kevin.

Hello, Kevin.
What a spectacular image you have given us of the 3 galaxies M 31, M 32, M110!
I greatly admire the blue hues surrounding M 31, the foreground stars and the orange stars too.
Welcome back and thank you!
Clear skies from Aubrey.

Hi everyone,
It's been a while since I posted any images mainly due to the weather.
However I managed to get a new image of M42 with the refractor for the first time a few nights ago,the wider field meant I also got the Running Man Nebula in the frame as well.
It was quite late at night so I only managed to capture twelve two minute subs but overall it came out ok.
I also got an image of M33 in Triangulum,it was slightly misty but it came out resonably ok.
clear skies.
