Excellent shot Kieth 8) ,I recognise the rocks too !!,yea the night was good ,I was confined to the house here in Abbeyside and even managed to get the Whirlpool !!! :D
Tonight is looking good too but work in am. :cry:

Glad you approve guys, Dave, My set up was simple, - Celestron C8 piggyback, alt/az mount i.e one big tripod :) took me a solid hour to polar align, don't want to go there again, my finderscope messed up!

Dave G, those reticules are supposed to be great! Definitelt tell us how you get on, all going well, you should get some seriously good shots, Where did you buy it? I must get one myself.

Eugene, It was super clear saturday night, beautiful there, all along the coast with no light pollution is a dream :D
