The width of the rings as about the distance from here to the Moon.
So, if you were to put the Earth at one end of the rings, you could put the moon on the other side of the rings and everything would be to scale, they are that wide (approx 300,000Km).
Remember that the next time you see Saturn!

It IS a great image - well done to him. It has an almost 3D look about it too. wish I could afford a 18" Starmaster!
