Hi Tony,
One DVD set you could get over the internet is "Earth to the Moon".
Its not a film but a 5 DVD 12 episode series based in the Apollo era, its not a documentary but in my opinion it is essential viewing for anyone remotely interested in Apollo. Gets a 5 stars rating from me !

"Event Horizon" is a good bit of Sci-Fi Horror akin to the Alien films only a bit closer to home, and of course it has Joely Richardson in it so can't go far wrong :-)

I came out of the cinema after that one asking what the hell was that about ???

Oh yes Dave, the Tom Hanks set - Jude got that from Canada for me - fortunately I have an all region player and a TV that doesn't mind being fed with NTSC. Great series except for one small detail - like most Apollo histories it goes straight from Apollo 1 to Apollo 7 - I've always thought Apollo 4 with its all-up testing strategy was an interesting mission - also it was the first Saturn V launch and the commentators really were overwhelmed by the experience.
