Hi all,
I was wondering if there's anyone around the Swords area of Dublin who'd be interested in helping a retiree, to setup his telescope and run through the rudiments of star gazing.
I'd be willing to pay for your time of course. I have a Bresser Messier R102.

If you can get out to Dunsink for the next IAS meeting or Gonzaga for the next SDAS meeting there will be plenty of people willing to help you.

Hi Luke,

If you want to I live up the road in Balbriggan you can pop up the road and I can help you set up the Scope and go through a few things with you about the night sky. Plus you do not have to pay for advice that is the best thing a bout been an astronomer everyone is only to willing to help.

BTW.The SDAS do have some very good Lectures plus they have lots of Telescopes nights out to as Michael said well worth a trip. if you want to pop out to Balbriggan send me a PM
