Good evening, all SDAS and IAS amateur astronomers. As some of us discussed last night at the Tribeca dinner, we aim to go to the Sugarloaf carpark to do some good observing. We all know where it is, and I think I should be there from 7pm to 11pm. The Moon is out of the way, so let's do some serious astronomy. The weather forecast suggests a mostly clear night, and I'm bringing the 6.2" refractor with all the eyepieces. Ken Finlay, David Brannigan and Liam are all expected to be there. Anyone else is most welcome to join us. Doesn't 4 hours observing sound good?

Yours sincerely, Aubrey.

There is a sky clearance in the Irish Sea. Hopefully it will reach the east coast after sunset. My mobile number is 086-2922101. So maybe we will see something after all.

Yours, Aubrey.
