1% does seem alot alright. I would have thought it alot smaller than that. Only going by what I read one time. I wonder if even 0.1% is too high.

Well I'm happy to say that there's 4 of them in my house alone. Actually, we all saw five naked eye planets in the sky at the same time: Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter, six if you want to count Earth (though technically it wasn't in the Sky!). That was back in 2003, or was it 2004? Memorable evening, just can't remember the date!
