Ref: albertw's first post in this thread.

As can be seen from the first post of this thread, our recent hosting move (May 2007) caused the loss of the Files section (still in storage), and thus some broken links. Thanks to Brian for the heads-up post .

As a result, for those of you looking to see what Noctilucent Clouds look like, here you go:







If anyone would like to share any recent NLC shots they took, please add them to your own post in this Atmospheric Phenomenae forum.

once people post up images this season we'll change this thread. For the moment please put images up image hosting sites, the preference is for www.flickr.com with tag of 'irishastronomy'.

Albert,
post up again what you did to take this. Since there are folks online here that have digital SLR's that can take longer exposures in the order of seconds (and then use them to stitch together like this in a movie), I think it makes for interesting photography.
