In Keeping with the NCL thread another display tonight June 11, 01.00, looked like it was going to be big and bright but not to be, but photogenic either way.

Looking good Ron. I spotted what looked like a brewing display lasy Monday night but I didn't stay up late enough to see if it came to be. Early this morning c. 03:50hrs the growing twilight didn't seem to have let any NLC's come to be but the sky was definitiely, as you said on a previous night, very photogenic. I got up after midday today to then be greeted by rain... : angry:

Yeah, I was out last night too. No NLCs unfortunately but it was lovely to see some stars again! I almost forgot they were up there with the weather we have had! The pain of rain is back tonight again!
