Occasionally its useful to be able to show a location on a map when you only have the lat and long.

www.mapquest.com/maps/latlong.adp

is the only website I've seen that can do this down to a real street level.
Useful for ISS transits etc.

This one can do it the other way around. I.e find your street and give you its latitude and longitude. Both Very useful

www.maporama.com/share/

Look at the map section and enter your street address.

Also try putting the result of the maporama site into the mapquest site. I found the result to be very accurate.

I am 53,22,50 -6,10,53

Very handy for plugging into the ETX:)

James,

Dont worry about the poscode just fill in the 'street' and 'city' e.g. for my location

Street = "Lein Gardens"
City = "Dublin"

That will get it for you. You can more precisely center (i.e. on your house location by clicking on the map.
