help wanted in Meath was created by Bill_H
Hi,
Is there anyone in Meath would like to get together on ocassions to help me or learn along with me. Sometimes I'm overwhelmed or just lost as to what to do. Most of the clubby things seem rather far from me to make it there in evenings as I never get finished with both my businesses until late evening. I've got about 3 acres of quite low light pollution out in the country. My wife is great with the coffee and hot soup. Or we can use your place if you don't like hot soup :) .

Hell I'm not in Meath, but I'll turn up for you Bill!

:D

In actual fact, I am in Tyrrellspass. I can get to Trim in about 40 minutes, and Enfield in about 30... whereabouts in the county are you?

Hi Bill,

I'd be delighted to bring my scope out to your place. I'm in north dublin. Outside of rush hour, nowhere in meath is more than an hour away thats closer than my normal observing site. I can bring along a 16 inch scope which will be equipped with goto facility in a few weeks.

Thats if y'll have me.

Regards,

Dave

Yer all welcome. I'm about 30 minutes north of Navan, if any of you want to come, just say when and I can give directions, about 10 minutes from kells.

Soup? coffee? Ok I'll join Meath Astronomy and Soup Society[1]!

I think Navan is a bit to far for me to travel though :(

Cheers,
