Total Solar Eclipse -November 3rd was created by flt158
Valerie and I are on our way to Dublin Airport now. We hope to see the Total Solar Eclipse on November 3rd in the Atlantic Ocean with the "Ring of Fire" astronomers.
This will be our shortest Corona spectacle: about 1 minute 10 seconds. But they all count! We have had to wait 9 months since booking in February.
We have the Mylar filter and 9X63 binoculars coming with us. 10 days to go to totality.

Aubrey.

We are now in Tenerife, and I just want to make one quite clear. We have no cameras which could be suitable to take pictures of the eclipse. Perhaps when we get to the Sea Dream yacht, I shall try and get some photos from someone.
However our hotel in Santa Cruz, at present, are very friendly and speak good English.
