Bright blue object in the East.

Its jupiter. I woke the other morning at about 5 and noticed an extremely bright star south. i checked it on starry night and its jupiter. Only I had to go to work i would have been out with the scope.

Probably not Jupiter, it's much lower in altitude and it's yellow/white. This was white/blue and at a high altitude. But Jupiter is still a lovely sight
