sure brendan, looks like a nice piece of kit, very fancy pansy. My own gear is strictly mechanical - such as Dobsons but come to our club meeting and Im sure we can get a tune out of it :whistle:

BTW we meet first tuesday of every month in tullamore and weather permitting do some joint observing when we can on saturday nights - when the weather permits

Hi all,
my name is Amy
I've been interested in stargazing for a while now but never did anything about it until now,
i got my first telescope in Jan but haven't used it much at all (too much light pollution on my balcony)
i'm very new to all this and don't know where to start.
i live in Dublin and was wondering if there are regular spots where people go,
Parks are the only places i could think of but they're all locked up at night so any suggestions would be very welcome
