Why must it?
Does that mean something with a name like a Persian carpet must be an atmospheric phenomenon too?
Or a Trojan horse?

Cuz if the effect was JUST a sunset with no scientific reasoning behind it...........they would have named the effect SUNSET.

So then, by your reasoning because altocumulus clouds are called "Mackerel Sky", it also must indicate that they're an atmospheric phenomenon, otherwise they'd have been called "clouds"...eh?
