Hi Folks

Heres the comets tail before this disconnection event that occured over the 8/9th. I have some imgs from that night if they show this event will post them.

13x 1min exp. flats and darks applied.
Initial processing in ImagesPlus and then numerous layer (Histogram, curves, unsharp mask, gaussian blur) adjustments in Paint Shop ProX.

No tail, just a 13 minute window in the cloud tonight gave 12x30second images binned at 2x2.

Tried to image Holmes with the 170 - 500mm Sigma lens at 500mm, F5.6 on Friday evening. This is the result of 81 shots ranging from 15 to 90 seconds using a 350D



The disconnection is faint at the top?
