IFAS web linkage

Hi Charles, firstly, could I ask you to update your link to IFAS to www.irishastronomy.org rather than to the yahoo E-group we are phasing out?

Bart, I am a bit confused, does IFAS still exist or is it now called irishastronomy.org, I liked IFAS as it sounds more official

If it was changed then when did this happen and who changed it and were the clubs notified ?
I was of the opinion that we are all part of IFAS,
WELL "MOST" OF US ANYWAY (the ones that matter)

Hi All,
As our webmaster is revamping our website at the moment, I've asked him to include the IFAS logo on our front page, across from the SAC logo.
Depending on how our front page works out, it might even say something like ...

"a member of the Irish Federation of Astronomical Societies"

depending on how much space he has.

IFAS is still IFAS but the IFAS web page is now at www.irishastronomy.org .

any cance of getting the IFAS logo on the map of Ireland made bigger as a .jpg? I copied it from the homepage here, but the quality when I make it a small bit bigger is not good. That might be a good logo to use. Well, its what I want to put on my site anyway!

I have it in a Scalable format so I will generate a few differnt sizes of it and upload them to the files seciton either this evening or tomorrow.
