Hi,

Glad to see the November 08 S&T is arriving.

I mentioned it to Robert Naeye (Editor in chief S&T) and he said there was a problem with the printers.

Robert gave an excellent after dinner talk at the AAVSO Fall Meeting on Nantucket.

Plenty of time to surf the web - as weather has marooned us on the island!

A number of here in SAC got the October issue again last week and then got the November a few days later, their printers are definitely having some issues.

With my subscription for S&T expiring in 2010, earlier today I received a renewal notice .... such an early request for renewal worries me somewhat.

They were offering a $5 credit for the early renewal.

Got the November issue recently myself.

Interesting about the renewal notice Anthony. I got two notices the last couple of months even though I had extended my subscription in June to 2011. I'm going to let all my other astronomy magazines subs lapse because I just don't get time to read them anymore!

i sent them a email last week as i got the november issue but not the october one. the replied that that the two of them were posted around the same time and that i should wait a few days. if it doesn't come this week i am going to have to mail them again. we i suppose i should be happy at least this time they bothered to answer my email.
