Hence repeated requests by some of us Mods/Masters to keep image sizes down (data size, not dimensions, but each is correlated). Especially for observations (moon shots, galaxies, etc), and the astrophotography competition.

Why don't ye put the 800x800 shots up
(as in like a thumbnail)
and then after the description put the link to the off site hosted
image the submitter feels shows thier work to the best it could be.

Sometimes 800x800 simply aint enough!
