Check the link to see the recent sightings. Tom from the Uk NLC homepage emailed me there and agrees that the NLC season has got of to a lively start which maybe an indication of bigger things to come. There have been possible sightings on the last 3 nights in a row! looks like the sunspot minimum theory could be correct?

Last night i bagged my first decent NLC display. It was very nice and was quite bright. I first spotted them at 12am and they were gone by 1:15am
